Duties and responsibility:
Provide support to all areas including but not limit to photocopying and document assembly, mail distribution, sanitization and courier tasks
Schedule shifts, maintain payroll records and perform basic bookkeeping
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
Send and receive messages
Prepare invoices and bank deposits
Provide general information to clients and the public
Order paper, toner and other office supplies and maintain inventory
File material in storage area
Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
Locate and remove files requested
Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate is required;
Experience in construction is an asset
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs;
Attention to detail, able to multi-task and organized
Able to work under minimal supervision
