The Parts Person is responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory and distribution of parts and materials for our teams across Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities:
· Create requisitions and Purchase Orders based on job numbers and/or GL codes for required inventory of parts and materials
· Using a company vehicle, pick up and deliver various parts and materials as required
· Provide general maintenance of Garage including organizing parts and material inventory
· Daily input of parts and materials to maintain inventory control, parts accuracy and parts returns
· File work orders
Qualifications and Requirements
· High School Diploma is required
· Class 5 Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract
· Experience working with parts and inventory is an asset
· Experience working with Technicians on work orders
· Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Mechanically inclined
· Strong sense of safety

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for operating the marketing answering unit as well as processing and maintaining the Petroleum Advertising Assistance Program’s advertising claims. You will respond to all general inquiries related to cardlock and fleet card questions. You will also set up new accounts and maintain files regarding loans, gains and losses.
You will operate the marketing answering unit via switchboard for the department line.
You will process and maintain Petroleum Advertising Assistance Program advertising claims.
You will co-ordinate the mail-out of commercial fleet cards and cardlock cards. Cancel/activate cardlock and fleet cards; handle general inquiries related to cardlock and fleet card.
Reconcile test card accounts, follow up and resolve differences.
Code, approve, record cardlock expenses; litre reconciliations for cardlock and corporate bulk plants.
Reconciliation of cardlock maintenance charges and recovery, including reconciling, coding as well as processing retail monthly charges.
You will handle new account set up and card ordering for new accounts approved at $5,000 and below.
Other duties as assigned.

Education:
Completion of a training course from a nail program/esthetics school
Completion of a general high school
Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of related work experience
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Language of work: English – basic conversational
Wage: $16.00/hour, plus gratuities
Hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week
Location of work: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. No remote work available.
Other requirements: Must be able to work in Canada legally
