Position Title & # Of Vacancies: Food Service Supervisor (1 Vacancy) 

Job Duties: 

• Establish methods to meet work schedules; 

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; 

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; 

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; 

• Ensure food service and quality control; 

• Address customers' complaints or concerns; 

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; 

• Prepare food order summaries for chef; 

• Establish work schedules.

Wage: $18.50 per hour

Skills Requirements 

• Education: Completion of secondary school is usually required 
• Work Experience: Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
